Conceived in 2007, picnic was born out of frustration with the way TV people make a drama out of making films!

Making a film should be fun, and the difference with picnic films is we’ll deliver you the film you want without making a meal out of it!  

With 9 years experience in TV, picnic have the right contacts, and the right skills,including pre-production, shooting, directing and editing. Our plan is to make high quality cutting edge TV and make the process easy and painless!

Dave earned his pips at Bournemouth University studying TV, since graduating he’s shot, edited and directed a wide variety of films earning two Royal Television Society nominations along the way. With a fine eye for detail, a keen sense of humour he is ever so slightly obsessive about getting things right, every time.

Nell came to TV a different way, via a philosophy degree. She’s produced and directed countless hours of very beautiful television. A charming and incredibly hardworking individual, she is dedicated to deliver the right balance of beautiful pictures and stimulating messages.
